Selection and Placement

Our employees are the biggest resource for TF KIMYA. In this direction, it is our biggest goal to place the right people in the right job for the positions opened within our company. The criteria will vary according to positions, and our expectations for each position are candidates who meet the core competencies in line with the values and the rules of conduct.

Our recruitment processes;

  • Determining the job description and qualifications required for the position needed;
  • Candidate research by examining our current database,
  • If the candidate is not reached an adequate number of candidates during the research process,
  • Selection of suitable candidates with candidate interviews,
  • Presentation of appropriate candidates’ information and interview reports to senior management,
  • Reference control prior to the tender process of the candidates approved by the senior management,
  • The execution of the tender procedure to be submitted to the candidate.

Education

TF KIMYA organizes trainings in order to improve the technical knowledge and personal skills of our employees in line with our mission, vision and goals. Our company aims to support the professional and personal development of our employees, to provide motivation and job satisfaction.
Our education system has been formed parallel to the organizational structure of our company. They are included in the orientation program for our new employees. Evaluation center results, training plans are made at the beginning of each year according to the person’s manager and position. Thus, our employees are encouraged to participate in the training programs that will provide their development.

Performance Evaluation System

In our company, performance evaluation system is applied separately in all of our employees. Qualifications, competencies and targets are our performance evaluation system. In the first phase of our system, our employees make their own evaluation and then evaluate the first manager and ultimately approve the top manager. As a result of the evaluation, the performance score is shared with the employees and the manager. Performance evaluation results are considered as the most important data in determining the need for training, wage increases and career management.

Wage System

In our company, the fees and benefits offered for each position are taken into consideration, taking into account the qualifications and qualifications required. Then, the inflation rate, the strategies and targets of the company are increased according to the performance of the individuals.
