As TF KIMYA, we act with the belief that all of our employees, including senior management, are required to create awareness and culture of occupational health and safety issues and that all occupational accidents and occupational diseases are preventable. With this understanding we are guiding our work, constantly improving ourselves and acting according to the following principles;
- Establish a Management System that meets the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety management system for the continuity of the works,
- To comply with the legal regulations related to Occupational Health and Safety in all our activities,
- To educate and raise awareness in order to ensure the health and safety of all our employees,
- To ensure that all our employees, suppliers and customers comply with the established OHS rules,
- To identify and eliminate the factors that may cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases in our enterprises,
- Measure the performance of the OHS management system and carry out studies to improve performance,
- To follow technological developments in Occupational Health and Safety and to orient our investments accordingly,
- Ensuring the participation of our employees and suppliers to all our processes,
